Acceptable Use Policy

1. Real people, face swaps and impersonation

Only fictional AI Characters that do not depict, imitate or reproduce an identifiable real person are permitted. You may not create, upload, train on, transform, replace or publish a real person’s face, body, voice or other identifying likeness through Pabyo. A real person’s media may not be used as a Character, anchor, identity or appearance reference, training input, motion or identity replacement target, or requested output.

This prohibition applies even where you claim to have the person’s consent and includes celebrities, public figures and private individuals. Face swapping, identity substitution, voice cloning or impersonation, celebrity or public-figure likeness generation, deepfakes, sexualised likenesses, revenge content and intimate imagery are prohibited.

2. Minors and sexual content

Pabyo does not offer NSFW generation. Sexual content involving minors, anyone presented as a minor, or any person without consent is strictly prohibited. Attempts to bypass safety systems or disguise prohibited requests are also prohibited.

3. Political and deceptive media

Do not create or distribute political deepfakes, fabricated endorsements, false evidence, deceptive news footage or media intended to mislead people about a real event or person. Do not use Pabyo for fraud, phishing, identity theft, scams or false commercial representation.

4. Violence, abuse and illegality

Do not use Pabyo to facilitate illegal activity, exploitation, trafficking, credible threats, targeted harassment, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or graphic abuse content. Content that promotes hatred or violence against protected groups is prohibited.

5. AI disclosure, rights and platform rules

Every AI-generated or materially AI-manipulated image, video or audio that you publish on social media, in advertising or through another public channel must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed as AI-generated or AI-manipulated at or before the audience’s first exposure. A visible caption or label such as “AI-generated” must be understandable without special technical tools.

This Pabyo disclosure rule is broader than minimum duties that may apply in a particular case. You must also comply with the EU AI Act where applicable, other applicable law and the rules of the destination platform, including any additional labelling or machine-readable provenance requirements. Do not remove or obscure AI labels or provenance information required by applicable law or the destination platform. Clean export removes embedded metadata and may remove provenance or content credentials. It does not exempt you from disclosure requirements. Do not use an export that removes provenance required for your intended destination. You must also respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and contractual rights.

6. Service integrity

Do not probe, attack, scrape, overload, resell unauthorised access, bypass credits or safety limits, distribute malware, or interfere with other users or the service.

7. Enforcement

We may block a request, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend access or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect people or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant provider or authority where legally required.
